ReCross is published by Pixel Fort Games ("we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the ReCross mobile game and this website.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive account information made available by Google, such as your Google account identifier, display name, email address and profile image. We also collect the information needed to provide the game, including your player identifier, selected avatar, game progress, scores, rewards, inventory and settings.

Our website may collect the name, email address and message that you submit through a contact or suggestion form. We use essential cookies and technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.

Advertising

ReCross uses Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded and interstitial ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device information, IP address, advertising identifiers and information about ad interactions to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Your device settings and Google account settings may provide choices about personalised advertising.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases, subscriptions and payment processing are handled by Google Play. We receive purchase information needed to verify the transaction, restore eligible purchases and grant the related in-game item or subscription benefit. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure player accounts, save and synchronise progress, provide game features and purchases, show ads, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and improve ReCross.

Service providers and sharing

We use Google services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Play and AdMob, to operate ReCross. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect players, our rights or the security of our services.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and game information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, legal and accounting obligations. To request access to or deletion of your account data, email support@pixelfortgames.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to ReCross without the required consent, please contact us so that we can review the request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when ReCross or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
