Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ReCross, the ReCross website and related services provided by Pixel Fort Games ("we", "us" or "our"). By using ReCross, you agree to these Terms.

Using ReCross

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use ReCross for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must not interfere with the game, use cheats or automated tools, exploit errors, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or use ReCross in a way that is unlawful or harmful to other players or our services.

Virtual items, ads and purchases

ReCross may offer virtual items, virtual currencies, rewarded ads, one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play. Google Play manages billing, cancellations, refunds and subscription renewals under its applicable terms and policies. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are final.

Gems and tokens

Gems and tokens are consumable virtual items for use only in ReCross. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged or redeemed for money. Once virtual items have been credited and spent, they cannot be restored.

Purchase delivery

After Google Play confirms a purchase, the related item is credited to your ReCross account. If a purchased item is not delivered, contact support@pixelfortgames.com with your Google Play order number so that we can investigate.

Remove Ads

Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It removes non-optional ads in ReCross for as long as ReCross remains available and supported on the Google Play account used for the purchase. Rewarded ads remain optional and are shown only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.

Subscriptions

VIP is an auto-renewing Google Play subscription. VIP benefits are available only while the subscription is active. It will renew automatically unless you cancel it through your Google Play account before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel VIP in Google Play; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law. Changes to subscription pricing or benefits will be communicated through Google Play where required.

Updates and availability

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of ReCross, including game content, rewards, ads and features. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or work on every device.

Intellectual property

ReCross, its artwork, puzzles, text, software, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to Pixel Fort Games and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of that content.

Disclaimer and liability

ReCross is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Fort Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of ReCross.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when ReCross or applicable requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
